Frequently Asked Questions
Do you guarantee scholarships?
No. Scholarship awards are decided by independent scholarship providers. We help manage the process, but no award or funding amount is guaranteed.
Do you write essays for students?
No. Students must write their own essays. We provide brainstorming, guidance, structure, review, and feedback while keeping the student voice intact.
Do you create scholarship videos?
No. Students create their own videos. We help with planning, messaging, review, and coaching.
Can you submit applications for us?
When scholarship rules permit, we can assist with preparation and submission. When the student must submit directly, we help ensure the application is organized and ready.
What grades do you work with?
The primary focus is high school juniors and seniors, especially families planning for the 8/1/26 to 8/1/27 scholarship cycle.
Do you work with homeschool students?
Yes. Homeschool students are welcome. We adjust the profile and research process to fit each student's transcript and activity record.
How often do we meet?
Cadence depends on the plan and season, but families receive regular check-ins and monthly progress updates so you always know what is next.
How many scholarships will you find?
It depends on the student's profile and eligibility. Rather than promise a number, we focus on finding scholarships that are genuinely a fit and manageable within your student's timeline.
Can we start late in the school year?
Yes, though starting earlier gives more time to research, plan, and meet deadlines. We will build a plan around whatever timeline you are starting from.
What if we already have essays written?
That is a great head start. We will review what you have, help you adapt it for different prompts, and build the rest of the plan around it.
Where do you serve families?
The initial focus is Delaware and Maryland families, with additional families considered based on fit and capacity.
When do we pay?
We recommend starting with the free consultation. If the fit is right, you receive next steps, an agreement, intake materials, and payment instructions after the consultation.
